Don't like this selling Jesus idea, which could possibly mean Juve letting Chiesa going to Chelsea
Big wages, low returns and no real proof of any major steps forward in the past two seasons probably all counting against him at this point.I find it immensely stupid idea to even think of selling Jesus, unlike Pep publicly says he doesn't want him. A low-maintenance, high-utility player, what is there our club doesn't like about him.
Mate, if those are the metrics you use to asses a player, everybody in our squad is for sale apart from two CBs, Walker and Foden.Big wages, low returns and no real proof of any major steps forward in the past two seasons probably all counting against him at this point.

Not what I am using but if you really wanted to you could make that case.Mate, if those are the metrics you use to asses a player, everybody in our squad is for sale apart from two CBs, Walker and Foden.
I like Jesus, I don't want to sell him but he must feel pretty shit about the situation, we kept him onside throughout the time Aguero was here now hes leaving there hasn't been seemingly a shred of conversation about him replacing him. At Juve they will make him a starter and in Serie A he probably bags 15+ comfortably. His stats are decent especially when in form
He is still young very talented can play multiple positions gives 100 % a Brazil 9 we need him and an Aguero replacement carnt see us replacing both
We need to be realistic on here because selling the likes of Harrison and the other fringe players isn’t gonna get us these big signings we need to kick in this season so it’s gonna be maybe one or two of our established first team players who will leave to fund our transfer levels . Who will be the ones to move on ?
I think Bernardo and Jesus if the price is right .
Raising nearly 100m in "fringe players" isn't going to help us get signings? We need to be realistic on here because selling the likes of Harrison and the other fringe players isn’t gonna get us these big signings we need to kick in this season so it’s gonna be maybe one or two of our established first team players who will leave to fund our transfer levels . To sign grealish we need to make room which means one of our big hitters will leave which prob will be Bernardo .Raising nearly 100m in "fringe players" isn't going to help us get signings?
One of our 'big hitters' left in Aguero. That frees up an awful lot of wages plus a squad place. To sign grealish we need to make room which means one of our big hitters will leave which prob will be Bernardo .
You are right in that minutes are going to be at a premium but Grealish is a left sided player, and although Bernardo plays better on the left, he plays mostly on the right, Gundogan, Foden and Sterling occupy the left spots, 4 players for 2 spots seems okay and we played 61 games last season out of a possible 62 about 5,500 minutes, most players are happy with 2,500 minutes, there is only 1 player that needs to move still here and that is Mendy so we can bring in a player that can do what he once did.To sign grealish we need to make room which means one of our big hitters will leave which prob will be Bernardo .
Certainly helpsRaising nearly 100m in "fringe players" isn't going to help us get signings?
I think it would be a mistake to let Jesus go without giving him a consistent run out on the wing but that seems unlikely given he's our only striker, as of now. He's got all the tools to be a great winger and he's shown that with Brazil, and with us when played out there.
Has there been any suggestion we want to move him on. All the rumours suggest he wants to move. They may all be wrong, but if he goes then it seems they were probably right.Ok takes deep breath. When we signed Bernardo from Monaco i thought that was the best signing since getting pep. The way he played was a carbon copy to the way David silva played and I thought then a perfect replacement for the future but some on here seem to think he’s not up to the job. This guy runs his bollcks off every game. I’ve heard some saying he hates living in Manchester (more like Alderley edge)and can’t settle bollocks. I’d like to know when and to whom he quoted this because I’ve never seen it anywhere apart from on here. It would be a massive mistake in my opinion to move the lad on. Rant over.
