Probably always be Mancini for me since he made the first step in turning the club into a winning machine. Had the confidence (and arrogance) to proclaim he would tear that banner down and backed it up, it was exactly the attitude required at the time. The difference in tactics and organization compared to Hughes was absolutely vast from game one, it was like amateur vs professional. He gave us a foundation then steadily evolved his tactics to make us the best attacking side in the league and oversaw some historical moments.
As for Pep very close second. He is a genius and the best manager in the world, the very best, and how often does a club have that luxury? Seems a very likeable chap and also like he has a big affinity with the fans and city, my gut feeling is he might extend his contract again and let's hope so because what he's doing for the club (and to English football) is next level brilliance, truly groundbreaking stuff!
