To be honest, the only thing I'd be truly scared of is getting stuck pot-holing. I've had genuine nightmares about it. Woke up in a cold sweat. No doubt some amateur psychologist will say people who have dreams about getting stuck in holes are closet botty bashers or something.

As a kid I used to watch Armchair Thriller.
Not sure if any of you remember it. The opening started with a white armchair . Then a shadow would sit it the chair . At the end of the opening tune , the shadow's fingers would spread out over the arms of the chair as if gripping it.

I watched it with the girl who used to babysit for me (I'd seen it before though). When the prison cell thing came up I knew what to expect but, and I'm not kidding here, she literally jumped from the chair to the settee across the room without her feet even touching the floor even once.
