Rooney's legacy at the scum is interesting he is pretty much the spear head of their attacking system and for them and has done well. big clubs with big debts being still able to run a big cash whereas any other company would be a bancrupt in such circumstances, overpaid "starlets", authorities killing or trying to kill atmosphere on the stadiums, represions against fanatics, terrible referees and lack of good will to implement some reasonable technology into football, way too high ticket prices and many many more
