Who in your opinion epitomises "Mr Manchester City?"

Haaland. Since he signed the deal which basically commits the rest of his career to us he's become our equivalent of Roy of the Rovers.
Yeah, but he’s never scored a hat trick in the cup final after arriving an hour after k.o. due to having his broken leg reset. The towering header from the half way line was a cracker.
Melchester Rovers 3 (Race 65,78, 90.) Arsenal 2 (Howe 43, Eastham 57)

I struggle with the order. Depends how old you are.

If the question was asked of a non Man City supporter I think the first name to pop into their heads would be Agueroooooooo.

Aguero is iconic for that one moment.

For length of service it was Tony Book. You could also say Mike Summerbee and Pep Guardiola now

Player wise past and present alive and passed

Paul Power
David White

For me, just because its when I was most in love with City, Paul Power. His very face says Manchester City somehow.
That free kick in the 1981 FA Cup semi final versus Ipswich was excellent.
Remember that Ipswich were the best team I saw that season, although they lost the League to an inferior Villa team.
City were the underdog, but Paul Power was typical of the team's fighting spirit.
As a local youth player, he summed up a time when several of the City youth team made the first team.
A big shame he left City for Everton, as a victim of the Kippax boo-boys.
He later won a League title medal for Everton, as captain, I seem to remember ?

Tony Book.

8 year City playing career from 1966-1974
Assistant player manager in 1973
Assistant manager in 1974
5 year City Manager career from 1974-1979
City Youth Team Coach from 1981-89
First team Caretaker Manager in 1989
First team Caretaker Manager in 1993
Introduction to City’s Hall of Fame in 1994
Other roles at the club up to 1997
Honorary President from 2008 to his death

…apart from a few years as a scout for Huddersfield from 1997, he was involved with City across the most part of 6 decades.

He always seemed to be at the Etihad for our games even when looking quite frail in his later years.
