Shaun Wright-Phillips. Felt like that was as good as we would ever be. We'd finished 8th (behind Bolton and Boro) but only 9 points off 4th and we still couldn't keep our best player. Following season 15th then 14th, and I really thought more relegation woes were only a matter of time.
