Hans Landa a.k.a 'The Jew Hunter' in Inglourious Basterds is a great villain, Christoph Waltz really did steal the show with this performance and spoke 4 different languages in the process! Pretty impressive.

The Joker was pretty convincing as one of the best villians of all time in the Dark Knight!

Another just plain wicked bad guy would be Sean Bean in the new Hitcher! "You scream like a woman!" lol hilarious!

Darth Vader was seriously awesome for a bad guy! Anyone pissed him off they got the Death Grip!
