Mick McCarthy - Ex-City and as straight talking as it gets!

I really admire Zola given the resources he has at West Ham. They are more or less broke due to the Icelandic situation and regularly have to sell players to make ends meet, but they can bring young players or journeymen into their system and it still works. Carlton Cole has really flourished under him.
There will be a lot of top clubs interested in him in the near future as he has an excellent football brain and can motivate players.
I also like Woy Hodgson, what's not to like? The elder statesman of the Premiership. And Mick McCarthy on a personal level because he is such a nice guy, a shame he has never been given the resources he deserves at Prem level.
