Who remembers "Stu Allen on KEY 103"?

i still got some old tapes of stu allen and also 808 state on 102...stu allen 1986-90......808 state 1990-93...got around 60 tapes with some top mixes...need to get one of those usb tape machines so i can get em onto digital

Feck me I have hundreds of tapes of Stu Allen/808 State. Also used to be a programme on Radio Lancashire 'on the wire' which was good and Gary Hickson after that, then Hacienda FM which was on hmmmmm whatever took over from sunset. A guy called matt thompson used to be good as well. Still got all these in the loft although I aint got a clue how ya convert em to digital.

Jeez Louise I'm getting all teary eyed thinking of all the great music back then, now I listen to radio 2, what the feck happened there then?!!

It was a Reading radio show sorry, but doesn't look like he does it anymore. He is at the Music Box in Manchester next week, might have a wander up. He's doing Preston the same night so must be shooting between the two. Everyone's right though, big time hardcore these days. I have a couple of old Stu Allan sets if anyone wants them uploading.

I remember Stu very well, i Dj'ed with him a few times and he interviewed me once on a program called PBM when i was playing at Angels in Burnley (still got it on VHS somewhere).

The good old days eh

what a great club Angels was.had some top nights out there back in the day.paul taylor was/is a great dj.he played there loads.loved the rave days late 80's early 90's.20 years ago.where did that 20 years go??? blackburn warehouse party's.mental nights!!!
