Who should be the next leader of the Tory party?

The only thing stopping her winning is her remain stance on Brexit. Apparently a few years ago at last leadership election time 63% of Tory members said they wanted Brexit at any cost even if meant severe economic damage to the Uk.

Truly horrific if Truss ends up PM. She’s fucking dangerous and impulsive and that is exactly what the world does not need more of right now.

Sunak is hardly good but at least he’s a calmer and more business-like figure. I fear that Truss will aggravate the situation in Ukraine and be utterly tactless in her dealings with foreign powers and business leaders.

She is even worse than Johnson. He was just a selfish ignoramus; Truss is a power-crazed maniac.
Unfortunately, bar the Tory membership seeing sense, it’s happening.

In other words it’s happening.

If Mystic Mordaunt is correct she should be made a Dame in Labour's first honours list.

Into oblivion you go, you bastards.
Maybe her and May could mount some internal disruption, resign their seats and be rewarded with a peerage?

Bit of tit for tat tribalism to balance out Austin and Mann :)

I can’t see Tory party members voting for Rishi Sunak over Liz Truss so I think Liz Truss will be the next PM.
