this season's sky dosh?
More than likely. But that's also money they need to live on and pay their wages out of, plus this is the second year they've had to manage without CL monies. I think they will get 4th as I don't see either Spurs or Arsenal doing it. But they will be sweating if they don't. I'd pmsl if someone like Fulham or Everton got it.
can see arsenal and pool folding like a pack of cards if they finish out of the top 4

something is definitely afoot at arsenal that is being kept tightly under wraps

Totally agree, was saying this the other day, they look wadded but something has to be wrong, they just don't spend.
If they give nasri 30k a week more he'd stay, that's fuck all to a club like that, I think they need the 20m of us badly.

Cannot stand the dippers but this is a bit of a pointless thread. Eurorivals.net? Come on, even Stoke are above the likes of Hamburg, Werder Bremen and Sporting Lisbon.

I also suspect that by this time next year we will also have overtaken them in terms of turnover as well. Onwards and upwards.

Not Arsenal. Their turnover in 2010 was double Liverpool's and their wages were less. Even taking out the property development profit, they'd be OK I reckon. I suspect the problem they have is the one the rags had of wage structure (until Rooney broke it).
I know they rake in a lot of. money but something just seems not right, perhaps it's the property at highbury costing more than expected, half the flats unsold etc, means they could be filling a black hole of finance?

It could be that they took on short-term finance to build the Highbury Square development, thinking they'd sell them quickly at a big profit. I must have a good look at the Arsenal accounts.
