Not at the game but, lived in Ordsall.
I was 9 one of my favourite summer holidays, bar 1976, taking the piss out of all my rag mates.

I went the Maine Road Derby 13/03/74 but didn't get a ticket for the swamp big event. The turds couldn't even let the game finish.

I was still in a ball sack at that time, but I cannot see them going down yet. I hope they have a burst of life and beat the bin dippers next week.

I was in the paddock to the left of the city fans with my city mates and some utd mates as well. Ended up on the pitch with them all because it was safer.

I was in the paddock as well. I was only 15 and we had to scrap our way all the way down Warwick Road afterwards. I couldn't stop laughing, even after one of their fans spat in my face. The pitch invasion didn't feel threatening at all. It all seemed to happen in slow motion. But it was carnage outside. Call me bitter but it was my best day following City till 93.20.

I was at the top of the screboard paddock with me Dad, Grandad and Uncle. Some rag cnut pulled out a bayonet and started swinging around the place screaming "kill the bastards." We didn't hang around.

I think I must have been very close to you. I remember a nutcase with a knife shouting, " who's the next to get punctured ". Not long after that, some rag clown from the estate I lived on asked me what I was doing there, as I was a blue, in full earshot of everybody? Got the shit kicked out of me. Got my own back when I saw him without his back up, a few days later.

I was in the Stretford end too and I had a scarf but hid it away as I was getting threatened by the Neanderthal cunts..grown men wanting to fight me..a schoolkid..
Still cheered like fuck when Law scored..was a scarey journey home to sunny Cheetham Hill after the game though

I went to a Maine Road derby at Old Trafford once to watch it on a big screen (can’t even remember the exact way that came about now, think my Dad was working so couldn’t take me to Maine Road and I was taken to Old Trafford with my Rag mates and their Dad).

A load of banned City Guvnors were also there haha.

Anyway, when Giggs scored the winner near the end, I was kicked in the back of the head by one of the Rag cunts to which my mates’ Dad had to push the bloke away as he was going for a second kick.

I was about 11 or 12. Although I did go in a City coat!
