Who would you like us to sign and sell in the summer?

Cavani 42m - work rate and incredible striker, must get this deal locked in as no,1 priority

Deulofeu 8.1m - He wants 1st team action, he'd replace Nasri for me on Leftside of attack (who is criminally overpaid)

Fellaini 20m - I know he has a propensity to be dirty, but he can be pushed up like Yaya to aid attack easily, very quick feet for a big lanky lad. I would play him and Yaya together. With Barry / Garcia as subs.

Digne 8m - Rated youngster for Clichy understudy to replace Kolarov.

Samba 6m - Rescue him from QPR relegation, I rate him as someone to take Kolo experience role as Rekik learns the ropes. Grab him for a bargain price, promise him champs league but not big wages.

2 others for the future

Alen Halilovic - maybe give him a cup run but mainly for the future rightside attack opposite Deulofeu.

Omar Abdulrahman - Loan out to Feyenoord for a season to toughen him up. if he doesn't develop, get rid, don't spend much on buying him either.

Out

Dzeko 22m - I do love him but he doesn't seem to quite gel here

Tevez 7-10m - I would sell him, but imagine hes going to run down his contract instead.

Kolarov 8m - rated abroad at least so should be a few takers, too inconsistant for me

Nasri 16m - Makes me so pissed we bought him in the first place, when we could have had Mata, if he's really on 140k plus then will be a big saving on wages too.

Maicon - Free - no idea why he was bought tbh, presume his wages are not astronomical but doesn't offer enough anymore.

Lescott 9m - If he wants to move on then he can do. If no Samba above then keep.

Kolo - Free - on way too much wages, if he agrees a 70% reduction then could keep for another season or so.
This would be exciting if it happened. My only concern is that Fellaini and Yaya would be too imobile for champions league football. But domestically we would walk the league with that.

You think we can get Felliani for £20m with no competition from anyone else? never mind that ludicrous price.

and sign Samba for backup?
I think his recent transfer moves say that he is a mercenary and so will stay at QPR until his contract expires or he is offered more elsewhere.

We won't be selling Tevez either, simply because we can't and we wouldn't leave.

I like his buys but would get Fernandinho or Paulinho instead, they would give us more mobility.

Too many people are neglecting the central midfield IMO in favour of the glamorous attacking names. There is a real weakness in this position and that's where much of our football stagnates with ponderous passing and movement. Yaya is our only central midfielder who is proven Champions League level (and underperformed in many of our games), even Barry has been woefully out of his depth for us in the Champions League. Milner, Rodwell (as it stands)... not good enough. Garcia played well enough for Benfica there in the CL but had very mobile players around him and has yet to impress for us in the Champions League (he was beyond awful against Dortmund).

Players like Vidal or Fernandinho who have impressed at that level, who have pace and tenacity are important if we're ever going to do well in Europe. Paulinho is playing for Brazil against England tomorrow, I don't know too much of him but he has been linked with us and has been described as the sort of midfielder we could benefit from having. Perhaps he might be one of the answers as Brazil are pumping out these quality midfielders. Sandro at Spurs is also very good in his role, a superior De Jong in my opinion. I don't really see Fellaini as the answer there, Benat might be a good signing but not sure if he's good enough for a midfield two with Yaya.

I think we could get Fellaini within a couple of mil of 20m, if he starts agitating for a move in advance. Tap him up discreetly.

In regards to Samba I think you're wrong. I think he wanted out of Blackburn for a while and was expecting an offer from Arsenal or a better prem team. In the end he was out of options so took his way out. If QPR go down they will suddenly get a wake up call on expenses, Samba has talked before about wanting to make it to a champs league team and to test himself. Reckon he would take wages of 50k.

Regards Tevez not quite sure what you're saying there. His natural combativeness seems to have deserted him, possibly a south american team would payout to take him on 12mths early if he fancies that more than picking up his cheque.

Because Richards and Zabby were injured at the time.

No way. They paid nearly that much for him. He has improved alot since then and Moyes will play hard ball like he did with Lescott admittedly we were weak back then, he knows he can sell him for much more.

I think you're wrong. Besides what on earth is the point of him being sat on the bench being paid 50k a week? he isn't good enough for City nor any decent team hence why he was at Blackburn and no one bid for him and now he is at QPR.

I am saying that no club/owner in their right mind would pay any kind of fee for Tevez when he has stated he is only going to go back to Boca. I can't see Boca signing him for any kind of fee when they know he will go there on a free 12 months later. I reckon he would fancy picking up 200k+ a week for another 12months before leaving anyway like most would in his position.

concentrate on midfield a goalscoring midfielder like lampard but younger pauliniho for me.Also a decent winger neymar or bale also errikson from ajax whos class midfielder and a centre back id go for joel matip from schalke he can play deefensive mid and reminds me of a young vinny.and a left back maybe a cheeky bid for coentrao from madrid.and a striker has to be cavani or negredo.Thats pretty much a full overhaul.outgoings would be kolarov toure maicon garcia sinclair dzeko lescott id keep nasri because i think he would be siuted to champions league when the game is about ball retention and he is quality.

These players don't need any real explanations or reasons to buy them, other than they will all improve our squad.

Hummels and Gotze in for Dzeko and cash,

Cavani to replace the void left by Dzeko & Balotelli departures,

Bale or Neymar for pace and skill on the left.

Hummels will be insanely expensive, Gotze likewise.
- And would either of them really want to leave Dortmund? If Klopp came here maybe.

Cavani is definitely a possible signing.

Bale to expensive, and I think he's already decided to move abroad, to Spain and Real Madrid me thinks.
Neymar is going to Barcelona.

A man can have a dream can't he?

Please don't spoil it for me. ;)

In an ideal world, Signing half of Dortmund's team would be immense.

Hart

Zabaleta
Kompany
Hummels
Clichy

Yaya
Gundogan

Silva
Reus
Gotze

Aguero.

We won't sign any of them though.

Realistically we can afford to let any of the following leave if we get decent money: Maicon, Kolarov, Lescott, Kolo, Barry, Garcia, Nasri, Sinclair, Tevez and Dzeko. With RSC and Bridge leaving as well.

Signings wise i'd presume we'd go all out for one of Cavani or Falcao, if Mancini's still here then it'll be Cavani. We need to address our central midfield and also add some better creativity to the side other than using one of Nasri, Milner or Sinclair out wide. There's no one that really stands out who is attainable though, I can't see the likes of Gotze and Reus leaving Dortmund and I haven't seen anything of Jovetic, Paulinho or Deulofeu to pass judgement on them.

Some of you boys on here must be registered agents as you appear to know all the moves before they happen.

Why do people feel compelled to spout shite about how they know who is coming and going to just about every club in Europe?

I can't understand why you're not all loaded with winnings from 'next club bets'; oh actually I do!

It's because like the rest of us, you haven't got a clue.

Let's return to the thread's original question which was; Who you you like us to sign and not what have you heard from your mate down the pub, read in the sun or indeed just made up yourself about our future signings.

Here's the team I would like to see for 2013/2014:

-----------------------------------------------Hart-----------------------------------------------------
Pantilimon
###
Zabaleta-------------Kompany-----------------------------Hummels (1)---------------------Clichy
Richards. Sakho (2) Nastasic. Kolarov

---------------------Y. Toure------------------------------------Paulinho (3)------------------------
Milner. Barry
Rodwell. Garcia

--------------Silva--------------------------Aguero-----------------------Ronaldo (4)---------------
Nasri. Jovetic (5). Neymar (6)
Guidetti. Tevez. Bale (7)

---------------------------------------------Cavani (8)-----------------------------------------------
OR. Falcao (9)

(1) Hummels - almost impossible to pry him away, but if possible, pay close to their asking price. (2) Sakho - not sure if he would come to be a backup as he is looking for more playing time to secure a place on his national team. (3) Paulinho -bleed him into the team, and possible starter a quarter into the season. (4) Ronaldo - cannot see this happening, but would change our team dramatically. (5) Jovetic - can play multiple positions and is young. (6) Neymar - sounds like he will not be available until 2014/2015, but he could become the face of the team (he needs to cut that mop off the top of his head). (7) Bale - probably the easiest to attain of the 3 I have on the left side. would still cost between 45-50 million. he would be my third choice. (8) Cavani - if it's up to Mancini, this one sounds like his first choice, and a little younger then (9) Falcao - more clinical in the box, and what we really need is a striker who can finish. this would be my choice. realistically, if we can only get 2 of the players above, the only one's really attainable are Paulinho and Cavani or Falcao.

If FFP wasn't such a concern, it'd be nice to see us get Bale and Wilshere. It's good to have a British base but usually the case is they aren't good enough so many signings seem almost obligatory (ie. Sinclair). These two are though but because of their nationalities would cost double than a foreign player of their quality.
