Sell - £74m
Nasri - I said at the time that we overpaid by around £10m for him. He tends to fade in and out of games too often and is far too inconsistent. I've only seen him take control of two games during his time here - one was his very first game against Spurs, and the other was the first game of the season at home to Southampton. £15m
Dzeko - Out of the ones I've listed I want him to stay the most, and maybe he's worth keeping for another season if we change our system slightly. If we discourage him from coming deep for the ball then he'll work, but as long as he continues to try and influence build-up play he will constantly slow us down as an attacking team. £15m
Barry - He has been in a slow decline for a few months. He moves the ball well enough but he's not the deep-lying playmaker we need in the team because his legs are beginning to go very slowly. A great player last season, but will he be the same player next season? It's unlikely. £5m
Lescott - Nastasic gives me more confidence when I see his name on the team sheet. Lescott's not good enough on the ball and nowhere near as confident as say, Vidic and Ferdinand, at bringing the ball out of defence, which slows the team down and doesn't help with our style. £8m
Tevez - We may as well make some money off him now before he goes for free next summer and use the money to buy a striker who'll score more often and be more reliable. Boca Juniors and Monaco seem to be interested. £20m
The others don't need explaining. Kolarov is Kolarov (£5m), Kolo Toure is keeping Rekik out of the team (£1m), and it appears that poor old Scott Sinclair was a waste of time. Keeping Sinclair here is only hurting his chances of being a great player unless we start to, you know, use him (£5m). Maicon will be off anyway (released).
Sign (or bring in) - £105m
I've been really impressed with Arturo Vidal at Juventus. He's shown a couple of times against Chelsea in the Champions' League that he can play well against English teams that opt to park the bus, and could slot in nicely next to Yaya Toure while we assess whether Rodwell can stay fit enough for three weeks to cement a place in the team. £25m
It appears that we're linked heavily with both Edinson Cavani and Falcao at the moment. Both seem hungry for goals and have impressed on a European stage frequently over the past couple of years. Outside of Lionel Messi, Falcao's probably the best striker in the world on current form and doesn't look like stopping. He'd be a great partner for Aguero. Signing both would probably prevent Guidetti from developing, though. £30m
At the back it's less clear as to where we need to sort things out in terms of bringing people in. Kompany, Rekik, Richards and Nastasic are hopefully going to be our CB choices next season, but a signing like Mat Hummels (if Klopp replaces Mancini in the summer) could have Richards back out at RB and challenging Zabaleta for a position. Again, though, this is a test for Richards to stay fit. Rekik also seems to be flexible enough to play at both CB and LB. £20m
A huge problem in the team is also the lack of width. I'm honestly not sure who we could bring in. Alexis Sanchez was a target before he went to Barcelona and Gareth Bale is looking like a huge prospect who has proven himself in the league and in Europe, but we'd have to break the bank for both of them and pay more than perhaps we need to. £30m
So yeah. The summer as I wish for it to go (net spent: £31m), and we could end up with the team looking like this:

Falcao/Cavani, Vidal and Bale are all 40 million players the latter two I cant see us getting in a million years.
My signings would be -
CB - Been linked with quite a few over the past few months and it seems we're after a young up and coming CB so I could see someone like Zouma or Sakho joining.
CM/DLP - Fernandinho would be good and give some pace to our midfield.
Winger - Might be an unpopular opinion but i would love to see Nani joining, think United will sell with Zaha coming in and he fits the bill.
Striker - Falcao would be my first choice and then Cavani, would love to see Saurez here as well but there is no chance of that.

Nasri - Talented but not enough application.
Yaya - Mental eh? Will be 30 getting closer to the end of a contract I don't think he'll renew. Very good CM. Lung-busting runs his forté that we see all too infrequently. Lacks discipline or mobility to be a good defensive midfielder. Big problem for us in Europe in my humble. I'd sell if we could get a good fee. Appreciate next to nobody will agree with me but it should allow us to bring in players that will play in a more balanced system.
Lescott - Very good Premier League defender but don't think he's cut out for the Champions League which is what we need if Nasti or VK get injured.
Kolarov - Great going forward, bobbins when defending.
Sinclair - Not going to play here and probably not the standard of a player in a team who want to be challenging for the title.
Rodwell - On loan not permanently.
Garcia - I actually like him and think he's a good player but needs the whole pitch ahead of him, something midfielders don't get over here.
Then obviously those out of contract such as Kolo, RSC and Bridge.
In:
Right-sided centre-back such as Ogbonna or Sakho. Young and will challenge for a regular spot.
Central midfielders. A ball-winning midfielder and while I'd love Vidal or Khedira I don't see either being attainable so Lars Bender fits the bill. Always aware, excellent stamina, reads the game well, determined and strong in the tackle.
A deep-lying playmaker and top of my list would be Ever Banega. Flexible in terms of where he could play, has great vision and awareness, and most importanly...he's an Argie!
A Marchisio type player. Someone with good positional sense, good drive and his very good on the ball. We were linked with Ander Herrera last summer and we should go back in for him.
Wingers. Two of them in fact. Firstly a less conventional type such as Erik Lamela. Quick, strong, good dribbler, hard-worker and has an absolute beauty of a left foot. 21 this year and very good. Confident he'll be world-class in three or four years. Oh and he's from Argentina too.
If Neymar goes to Barca then I'd expect one of Pedro or Sanchez to become available, maybe even if he doesn't go there - they may prefer to get Deulofeu tied up and bring him through. Would prefer Pedro but Sanchez would probably be more likely. Confident he'd be a success if fit and playing in a 4-3-3 here.
Striker - While I'd love a Cavani or Falcao, I don't think Cavani will be leaving this summer and I think Falcao will end up at Madrid or even Bayern Munich. I'd love for us to go after The Next Falcao. Jackson Martinez is great in the air, links up the play well but most importantly is clinical. He's heading for a better season than Falcao had in his first year at Porto. Not sure what kind of fee Porto would want but he'd certainly be cheaper this year than next year.
Finally, I wouldn't mind young players such as Adam Maher or Juan Fernando Quintero.
