Who's city career looks doomed

AJ for me, which for a player who's scored 5 in 9 sounds ridiculous! There appears to be a lot of frustration from Bob when AJ loses possession.
That Buster-Phillips is doomed though, for sure.

Evening mate-AJ...hE NEEDS TO SORT HIMSELF OUT OR HE WILL BE FUCKED OFF.

NDJ and Dzeko but I just think it's a confidence thing with Edin.

Apart from the obvious players like bridge, nedum and tevez I cant see anyone leaving in January but in the summer I can see johnson being sold and replaced with Hazzard and kolarov moving to some where like juventus with us signing abidal or alba. I think dzeko will stay and im not sure about de jong I mancini will see how does in the second half of the season before deciding.

de jong he doesnt fit our system at all which is sad because he was amazing last season...

I sort of agree, but I don't think it'd be hard for him to adapt.
For example Barry's role of floating around midfield, sweeping up, and passing off. Nige could do that!
Does anyone else think that nige looks a little on the hefty side?? Doesn't seem as mobile as last season!!

I hate to see any player go and what made me worry yesterday was bobbys post match when he said " we will buy players when we sell some of them" but the tone of his voice was like if i could sell half of them now i would.

He was really pissed yesterday and felt the team had let him down.

Some say a second string team but that team was better than 50% of other teams first team.

man you guys are crazy. Except for Tevez, Bridge, Nedum, and if you stretch it, maybe NDJ, nobody is doomed. :D

I said from day one NDJ and the role he plays was a problem holding the team back, the wise ones on here were full of "rag", "wum" etc.
Well, I told you so, and Mancini obviously agrees, so do the results.
He's doomed!!
As for the rest of the squad Kolarov, AJ, Nasri & Dzeko really need to to show something over the next 12 months. I like AJ and Dzeko, lack of playing time has effected them badly.

Joe Hart will be gone by 2030 I reckon (but looking at how 40 something Friedel plays ya never know).

The game has progressed from the days of 'hoof & run' & holding midfielders like Makelele who are one dimensional or 'enforcing' (tackling & breaking up plays). The Midfielders (central midfield especially) are the most important cogs of the team and must be versatile & creative and able not only to assist (linkup) but also to score for a team to perform WC (like Barcelona as a perfect example) .
Fans that are enamoured with the style and play or current role of dJ should realize that we can't attain top flight success when we encourage (Nige too) and dwell on this 'archaic form' of physical or gritty football.

A good player for a team on the back foot, a lead weight for a team on the front foot, we have been the latter all season and want to be in the future, bye bye NDJ, thanks for your efforts! I'm sure he'll be knocking on Mancini's door, especially if we sign De Rossi, a player who is capable of turning Toure into a bench warmer!
