Who's driving to Wembley?

Never been to the new Wembley before, can anyone tell me how long it takes to get in and out of the car parks there?

If its a complete nightmare I might just sack off the idea and get the train, but obviously driving is much more flexible around possible extra time/pens etc.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

PS I would be driving there from the south, so I'll be on the 'Friends of the FA' route!

I would suggest finding a tube station on the outskirts of london that has parking and park there then get the tube to wembley, that way you don't have to wait in the car parks until they clear

Parked at the ground for the semi and I was on the M1 within 5 minutes of getting in the car.

we parked for the semi at a school car park not from (maybe 10 mins drive outbound) J4 of the M1 - easy in and out - no messing: -

we're staying for the weekend otherwise i'd have used it again

12 mins walk, 8-12 mins to M1, in pub within 4 hours (Stalybridge) of leaving wembley......piece of piss

Seriously? We couldn't believe how easy it was, thought we'd be waiting for ages but just sped out straight onto M1.

Sure it will be even easier on Saturday considering both sets of fans will be leaving at completely different times, hopefully us being later...
