Who's next then...

On a serious note, yes I know sorry, but I have just tried to find out the stats realting to how many reds/yellows each team has had this season and couldn't.

We have the second most red cards in the league behind only Bolton. You'd think we were Stoke rather than a technical team that dominates possession. Not sure about yellows, refs seem more intent on dishing out the reds lately.

Not quite the same but found this.

Mario 4-1 to get a jail sentance.

Given the fact that we are clearly the filthiest most cynical team to ever grace the land, who do we all think will be the next player to be dismissed from the field of play.

Micah 6/4
Zabaleta evens
Joe Hart 3/1
AK 3/1
Silva 6/5 (not particularly dirty but the fa will recognise the damage that can be inflicted should he be ruled out.)
Lescott 5/4
Clichy again 7/2
Barry again 7/2
AJ 5/1
Edin 6/1
Balotelli 4/6
10/1 bar

The smart money will be on Silva or Micah methinks

At least were not bitter!

Balotelli - on reputation
Hart - dodgy penalty decision will be excuse enough for a red
Milner - far too much energy and drive for their liking
Silva - without a shadow of a doubt; will cop it for dissent
Richards - clumsy tackle a la Vinnie
Aguero - if scores a brace, there will be two yellows linked to a dodgy celebration or summat

And before you ask, yes, I do work at the FA and I've seen the dossier.

We aren't dirty. But we are by far the most physical team in the league. Teams like Newcastle and Stoke try to rough everyone else up and try and outwork the opposition. They don't stand a chance of doing that to us. We are too powerful and physical. So I can see why we get some cards and decisions.
