Ireland would have killed the majority of teams by himself with all the kick-boxing, but when you've got the likes of De Jong and Kompany in your team, it changes.

Hard bastard of a team we have. Barry though? :S

Fucking big unit and never moans or rolls about when clogged...

Im sure I heard an interview that de Jong is a fairly classy kick boxer.
The interviewer was asking about Irelands new training regime and was aking if they would ever have a few rounds!

Not sure if Caceido is included but I bet he would pack a punch!

Pound for Pound has to be wee Robinho with those Samba feet and BBJ

see, not one person has mentioned him because it is always the quiet ones.......... shay is a 2nd dan black belt in jujitsu, in other words almost as hard as zin. he'd knock shit out of anyone in our squad..

You might be surprised to hear but Bridge is pretty useful when it comes to a fight. Joleon is also a hard bastard. Basically we have a team of nuts. There's a reason why it never kicks off with our lads.

Where did Shay obtain his black belt? what type of jujitsu does he practice?

The dutch are well known for producing decent kickboxers so if NDJ practices it then he has to be up there, but apparently Stevie Ireland trains in MMA so i'd put Superman at the top simply because he can just take NDJ to the ground and snap his arm off before putting him to sleep.

if Shay has only ever trained in jujitsu with a gi then i'd put Stevie ahead at having the ability of submitting Shay (if stevie is no-gi)

All falls down to who has instructed them...
