FFS we see them celibrate enough when they lifted the trophy !! How much hugging do they want to see a bunch of guys do??
Was there 2nd tier, each to there own, and i can understand in a way the emotion of that day, but i and many others would rather have watched the team celebrate than some clown running around with a flare or some numpty shouting down the lens of a camera whilst masking the sheer joy of Richards, Zabba, Milner Tevez etc embracing Aguero at the final whistle
I think the players natural celebrations when Aguero scored the winner were an honest and spontaneous celebration of winning the league. I think we got the best of both worlds with the crowd running on, it was like 44 years of hurt for those fans thrown away in a single moment.
Also the players had to go off anyway to put the Champions 12 shirts on, the stage to be brought out, and the Legends of 68 to lead them out and standing in a guard of honour. I thought the whole thing from the moment Kun scored to the moment I left the stadium was absolutely perfect, and I wouldn't change a single thing about it. Beautiful.
This.
Thought the pitch invasion was a joyous and spontaneous outpouring of emotion and I couldn't believe the number of miserable Terry F*ckwits around me in the North Stand Lower whinging about it. There was even one bloke on the end of a row near the front (no, not a steward, before somebody tries to be a smartypants) trying to stop people getting past him on the steps, to get on the pitch!
