Why are we not prepared?

1.Received a letter from City explaining that due to system changes we are not in a position to issue your seasonal pack including access card beore the first game and enclose a paper ticket for Swansea game.

2. Mancini explaining that our squad is incomplete and we have not completed the squad.

About time someone explained why we are not ready at the club, We were told our purchasing would be done early and now we dont even have the tickets ready......sort it out CITY

Thats not funny mate, it happened to often to me last season. ( I am not being nasty I have a smile on my face as I am typing this)

Yawn, yawn, yawn....you will get in wont you with your paper ticket or have i missed something?? Nothing like being positive about our wonderful club, on the brink of our new season. FA cup winners and all.
