I've been a City fan for nearly 20years (im 27) and have never known us to be successful, but its getting harder and harder to swallow. I've been home and away for years including the depths of third tier football, all with a smile. Since the club came into money my expectations have rocketed and I am no longer happy supporting my local team. I'm beggining to resent the club, feel disapointed more often and in general become a much more angry person. Are other blues going through this or is it just me?

football is not about being unhappy with your team if they lose it is supporting them even if they donyt your attitude is a disgrace, unhappy supporting city, how do you think the macc, stockport ,rochdale, bury, oldham fans feel every week?
despite our money i dont expect us to win every week i am not a united or liverpool fan

We're on our way.

It won't be much longer before we hit the big time. Keep the faith.

Spot on. I'm disgusted with the O.P's attitude. If he isn't a WUM or a follower of the vermin, then maybe he should clear off and support someone else.

my mate went to bournemouth v rochdale today. they lost 0-4. he will still be there next week and next season..

Its not the loosing pal, being a city fan makes me a natural born looser, I got over that in infant school, its the rise in expectations and the poor performances that kill me. I dont know whats happening but I cant be the only one feeling this way

i have friends who are stockprt fans they face administration soon if help isnt found and then because they have no ground (sale own it) and now assests they face goind out of existance imagine supporting a team who might not excist next week, do city really seem that bad?
