What a lot of people forget is it is still early days in our ground.

I do think that the north stand needs to be targeted to find its voice as it does have potential... The only problem is City fans love to be right in the faces of the away supports to give them shit!

this is spot on. when you see other grounds and where their away fans sit, the louder/singing (whatever you want to call it) stand tends to be opposite where the away fans sit. example, the kop, stretford end, gwaldys street end.

it seems to be a city thing, that we like to all sit as close to the away supports as possible, have banter, take the piss out of each other etc etc, but as liam said, the north stand has huge potential to make it 'our end' where everyone from 110/110 and the south stand can come together as one, perhaps bringing back some of the classic city chants to get behind the team, rather than ones sang just to take the piss out of the away fans.

you belong in there then....fucking hell no wonder we have a shit atmosphere with boring cunts like you.

It goes back to the days when lots of lads could STAND together on terraces...then singing was a big thing.....it will never get back to that level with SEATS.

End of.

mongy chants are boring, really think you should get over this all seater business, its been THE LAW for about 20years,fuck alls gonna change it..........not even gay online petitions

What I don't understand is that teams like Stoke, Everton etc, once a few songs get going, then a lot of the stadium join in for a couple. This never happens at City.

ask Mr wassell...he seems to have all the answers to mongy chanting and also seems to have a dislike to 110/111 for some reason.

Without those sections what would happen?

Why doesnt he DO something instead of moaning about MONGY chanting or GAY on line petitions?

Or is he at The Swamp really?

Any of the decent chants never get sung,Tevez one's being the prime example.Even away we sing about 4 the rags put us to shame in terms of away support for singing.
