why did i faint?

so, half past 2 this morning and im ready for my bed. i went upstairs to the bathroom for a piss.started pissing and i started feeling funny and couldnt focus on the mouthwash bottle i was looking at.
next thing i know im waking up on the bathroom carpet with piss down my leg, a carpet burn on my forehead and a lump on the back of my head. it took me ages to realise what had happened, but why did it happen? i didnt do anything different to normal....
i suppose im lucky(again)that i didnt injure myself more.
what causes people to faint? ive only ever fainted once before
 
It's because you play a ridiculous amount of games on Fifa at ridiculous hours and i noticed last night you were on a massive losing streak playing clubs....

im off work so im allowed to stay up late.......
and are you stalking me? we turned it round towards the end btw
 
I always make sure I go for a Gypsies Kiss before bed as otherwise I'll only end up back out of bed 10 minutes later, and sometimes when I only half need one I'll "squeeze" a little to make things go a bit quicker, and must admit doing this I have a few times felt a bit light headed, but nothing more.

In fact only time I've ever nearly fainted was when I lost a tooth a few years back on a rock hard pasta bake, heard a crunch and assumed it was the pasta but my tongue noticed something in my mouth wasn't right. Went up to bathroom to had a look and I had lost a tooth. I stood staring at the gap for a couple of minutes thinking "I've lost a tooth, I've lost an effing tooth, I won't ever get that back" and all of a sudden started struggling to breathe and was sweating buckets, had to lie down and take my shirt off. I came round a few minutes later and was laughing at myself as I thought I was dying for a time, and all because I was a bit shocked to have lost a tooth, god knows what if something serious actually happened.
