Jacko, in all seriousness it sounds like something called a vaso vagel, its a stimulation of a nerve that can suddenly drop your blood pressure leading to you passing out, where you drinking/smoking also? As this can also lower your BP and in conjunction with you walking up stairs and forcing a piss out could have also have caused it. As with any faint/pass out you should visit your GP or A&E.

thanks for all the advice... i had been chilling on the couch all day really, watching films and on my ps3. i was falling asleep and thought id better get to bed. and i had indulged in a little herb based produce....i nearly went back downstairs for a biscuit when i came round, but thought id better not incase i fell down em! so in future im gonna crawl up the stairs and not sprint!! it was surreal though, waking up face down with piss all over me... i fainted mid piss!!!

i bet its the norm for some of you lot!!!haha
