Indeed I did...he was full of contrition. I replied to him it was a great video and that I would disable comments so that he didn't have to endure so much pain. I asked him if he would mind it staying up like that..but he came back and said he really wants it taken down.Citysmith said:

I guess I am a sucker for a sob story but this guy seems to have learned his lesson. Although I re-uploaded his video he has no copyright on it so he cannot even complain to YT about me.
There are however racial issues in the video. Somebody is likely to complain and then he would be in deep sh*t. This is the current trend it seems and I disagree with it. In my view it would be better to leave it up and show him making a dick of himself with his comments, rather than somebody reporting him.
I haven't deleted the video at the moment but just turned the status to private. I guess it was nice getting 7000 hits on the vid in 24 hours, but I am thinking to myself this is at the expense of another person.
