Why do dog owners think everyone loves their dogs?

I have a phobia of dogs, always have so can relate to this.
But I've learnt to be polite and understanding to any owners rather than get into a confrontation.

This. I’m a cat man for life and every dog I knew as a kid was a horrible ****. Zero exceptions.
Over the years I’ve got to know some laid back, very sweet-natured dogs, but they are the 0.001%.

Had murders with dogs over the years, had to helicopter a few pits whilst their owners were oblivious argueing with each other 60yrds away...i always ask people who cant walk thier dog to heel if theyve ever had thier feet run over...not one understands which naturally gets me at it.

A dogs nature is starting to be formed at 3.5 weeks...how it relates to the rest of its litter is set by 8 weeks...ideally you have to be in looking in this time frame.
