Why do I get wound up so easily

They've brought a new thing in at work, I won't go into detail, but let's just say its totally fucking pointless and in my opinion treats us like children. The guy who's implemented it is quite frankly a tool, and that's not my opinion that comes from everyone who's ever met him, he's quite clearly trying to make a name for himself to get noticedto move up the ladder etc etc. The thing is I can't let it go over me, it winds me the fuck up, people constantly changing shit for the sake of it, Christ we managed before and nothing ever happened, these people do it just to justify their jobs. The thing is its not only in the job, you see the shit from the government and you think fuck me why? Watching Our war last night and the ROE, says the guys can't shot at anyone unless they are getting shot even if they know they are Taliban, this decision will have been made by some fuckwit in his office at Westminister, whos only experience of been in danger will be when his dominatrix is shoving a banana up his arse.
I like my job but I constantly see the changes they make and non are for the better, it seems to me they come into their ivory tower and say hey let's change something because we can, and we on the shop floor know full well that in 5 years we will end up back were we are now anyway, they don't seem to learn from their mistakes, but saying that most of these idiots will have been moved on and don't have to live with the consequences of their policy changes.

You're probably in the wrong type of job mate. I've been working in an office for a bit now and can honestly say I have never met so many arseholes in one place. Maybe it's them, maybe it's me. I need a more active job and changes are afoot but I understand your frustration. Comparisons to the soldiers are a bit extreme though.

Don't really want to go into it mate, but no one and I mean no one sees the point, this guy has basically been in an office most of his career but seems to think he knows best, he hasn't idea about what really goes on, and when a big hole in his procedure was pointed out this morning he went into panic mode, and it just showed him up and the people who let him implement it, they never ask the people on the shop floor for their opinions and why it may or may not work or the implications. At the end of the day it will probably be trivial to some people but it's these little things that add up. I just let it wind me up when I know it shouldn't, wish we had the punchbag up at work I think 10 mins on that would work it out.
 
My mate says shoving a banana up your arse is far more difficult than it would seem, apparently they have to be deep frozen first.

Everyone in the forces has my utmost respect, I couldn't do what they do. I'd end up getting done as a bloody war criminal if I was in the forces as the shit they have to go through and the way they have to fight isn't just daft as fuck it's completely demented. The men and women in the Armed forces now are a breed apart, a special type of person genuine heroes IMO.

Tell me about it... In this recent job, everyone in the office smoked, so come break the whole building literally went out for a Fag, leaving me by myself with my butty :-D

The Office irritates me.
Do I have to have Yellow teeth to fit in here Boss?
