An Egyptian statue has suddenly started turning on its own at Manchester Museum ...... some say its museum propaganda designed to increase visitor numbers .... others reckon it's probably due to a curse.

What do you think ?

The clue is in this line..........
Campbell is urging members of the public to come along and take a look for themselves.

Yeh right, ghostly spirits from 2,000 years ago v a skint museum wanting some ackers.

They need to justify themselves to continue to attract funding.

This.

They will get funding from somewhere and will need to justify it with visitor numbers. It will work as well.

Turns in the daytime when there's people walking around but at night it's still with no one around.

I'll let everyone else do the math.

Yeah , the Manchester Museum gets around 350,000 visitors a year apparently , yet the MOSI gets around twice that amount and they're after closing it down !

It's so obvious that this statue is trying to align itself to it's Mecca, which is Abduls Kebab house just up the road!

Class! If I ever visit the museum, I'll go by the kebab house first so I can make an offering.
