Why does Wenger......

.....get all the plaudits. Basically he has created a half decent La Liga team to compete in the premiership. Kind of like bringing a F1 car to a World Rally Stage. If you got the business plan that wrong in any other business you would be hauled over the coals instead everyone in the media says that Wenger is a genius.

Unless all the other clubs in the Premiership decide to give up tackling Wenger looks like a fool to me certainly not a Genius.

yeah, they were a hell of a team but they didn't sustain it for long enough

I think Wenger is a brilliant coach, but not a great manager.

I think great managers can adapt, and change the team up when they know the game will be different.

Wenger persists with the same game plan week in week out (Which is admirable as it is nice football), yet when a team is a bit rough and ready, Arsenal can't handle it and Wenger moans about how the other team are not playing fair, yet these are tactics to win a game.

Chelsea and the rags can compete on both levels of the game, the nice passing and attacking football and the strong combative element of the game.
