I'd be interested to know your views if SWP gets the odd crucial goal or assist to help push us in to fourth, and then signs up with the club until the end of his career.

Average player on superstar wages. Fucked us off to join Chelsea and then came back when he was no longer wanted. i just think swp looks at city as his personal gravy train and milking it for all it's worth.
no doubt when he re-signed he was the highest paid player, so at the time must have been highly delighted.
i have no problem with players earning big money if it's justified, but swp is missing a few vital points, the biggest being he has 2 years left, and won't be quicker in 2 years time and at the moment he is not even close to being average.
his basic footballing abilty is not great, his final ball dubious and his pace his biggest asset seems to have deserted him.
so swp is city are mugging you off, go and find a club who will pay you more.

I think both he and Ian are being complete arseholes. His dad blabs and SWP does nothing to quell apparent unrest. The fans are not helping with the 'Shaunny has come home' shite and harking on about pre-Chelsea move performances. Since he's come back, the game has changed and so has he. He is good to have as a sub, or as cover when people are injured. But as a starting XI player, he's frankly average at best.
