His current attitude is hardly going to get him a World Cup place. If he isn't playing, he is unlikely to be picked. His idiot step dad ought to remember this before making grotesque remarks about £60,000 pw not being enough dosh for poor old SWP.

In years to come he will be sorry that he ever trashed his relationship with the club and it's fans. But it isn't too late for him to stop being an utter twat. He could start by telling his appalling step dad to do one.

It was his appalling step dad who advised him to go to Chelski, cos he thought it would get him a world cup ticket. He said SWP needed to be playing for a 'big' club to get in the squad. If SWP had stayed at City getting regular first team starts instead of warming the bench in London he would have gone. Ian Fright must have a huge guilt complex!
 
SWP only got a competative start for England after going to Chelsea, and we as a club needed the money.

He is still class, and the OP should put his money where his mouth is before slagging off a City star.

I remember him being FORCED out of MCFC for the dosh....he turned up for a pre-season friendly at Macclesfield only to be told he wasn't going to play, saw a pic of him walking out with a face of thunder, next week he was gone (It's why Keegan left, SP's first job was to sell SWP).
STILL a very good player, needs regular football to play well though.

offer him (10m) and either Micah (10m) or Ned (6m) to Villa for £20m with Young (20m) or Milner (20m) moving to us
 
I can accept if people don't rate him anymore (as clueless as that is) but to hate a City legend is pathetic. You'd never hear this shit off any blue at a game.

I don't hate the lad at all but he's taking the piss a bit and it isn't very attractive, is it.

How many times do the diehard swp fans start an swp chant when we're playing bad and with no flair.
And then in the times he has come on he has done Zip all! Not changed the game, not beaten players or scored. His form is awfull. I would advise him to pack his bags for a good summer holiday coz he ain't going to SA.

What was his old man harping on about saying he needs this all put to bed so he can concentrate on his game and going to sa.....Wrighty , the only way your son on current form is going there then it's on his hols!

First time I saw him was on a pre season tour against Linfield in NI. He didn't impress then. He hasn't developed, that is why Chelsea let him go!

corky old chap i've missed 3 games all season watching city and I'm entitled to my opinion! How many have you been to home and away! Did you see him that day at linfield and did you goto the game after at Drogheda!

I love the shite on here people like you are citys greatest fans! Do you realize most lads that go home and away that I know don't even know about bluemoon??

because he is alleging that I'm not a "realfan and I watch city from time to time when it suits, that's why! and that was swp's first trip or match with the senior side ever ( I think)
