I don't understand what you're complaining about? You already had the quick and easy service Level 1 lacks and you can swear without fear of pissing off a load of parents... you can go to the match and concentrate on City without looking over at your kid all game. You already had the luxuries the club is trying to put right for other fans... so again, i dont see your reasoning for not renewing.
