Idiots like the OP make me ashamed to be a City fan. This regime have invested 250 million pounds in our football club over the last 2 years to bring in some of the finest players in world football and will no doubt do the same this summer.

But no your not happy and aren't going anymore because you have to pay an extra 1 pound per game and have to speak clearly when ordering a pint at half time.

I am not renewing as I expected a far bigger rise.

With us expected to spend in excess of 100mil this summer on transfers, and the fact that I am loaded, I seriously think I should be expected to pay a damn sight more to watch my beloved blues.

Unless this is dealt with asap then they can stick my renewal where the sun doesn't shine.

im so pissed off i just turned 17 and was thinking of buying a season ticket because i heard the club were bringing the game back to the working class
sadly i cant, were the fuck am i ment to get 140 quid from i only went to 4 games this season because it was cheap

There's ways of wording stuff though, and labelling our club money grabbing cunts isn't the way to go about it. I, with 3 kids, had to step down from my usual Stone Island clobber to the lesser labels. I don't remember storming into USC though and calling them money grabbing cunts. You cut your cloth accordingly and if that means you can't have what you want, tough fucking tits. Its the real world mate, deal with it. Another thing too, City are providing us, the fans, with players most of the older fans never dreamt we'd have. 11 years ago when I sat in a freezing Maine Road watching us struggle against Macclesfield, if someone had said in 11 years time we'll hold the record fee for a player in britain, have players on £150k+ a week and linked with the best in the world on a daily basis, but part of that means season tickets around £500, i'd have laughed in their face that they would even need to ask me if i'd like it. You pay for what you get is what i'm trying to get across to you. At 17 though, you have no idea what the real world costs in regards to anything. You will though, in time.

I'm 18. I don't have a job because I'm still doing my A levels and don't have time to get one. I also don't get this EMA bollocks. Yet i'm paying for my own season ticket next season. How? Saving. I've been putting money aside since February. Just bits and bobs here and there. I've pissed off my mates through not going out much but it's paid off, I've saved the money up.

£140 works out at just over £7 per game!
17 year olds used to pay more than that to get in the Kippax 20 years ago.

So you say it's costing £140 for a season, just more than a tenner a month, £3 a week tops. Is there nothing in your life that costs a tenner a month for your to sacrifice? Or are you another one who wants everything on a plate?

get a city card & go to a few games £140 would roughly get you to 5 home games. Im not a ST holder currently, i have a city card and spend well over £140 going to most home games, £140 is an absolute bargain.
