WHY MANCINI CANNT REPLIY AGINST PEOPLE LIKE HARRYRED...

Can see what he said but clueless as to what he meant. . . can anyone translate it?
He's probably speaking skunk with a charlie accent.

I was going to make a topic very similar to this, what I believe sumary is trying to explain is the balance of the squad is somewhat lobsided. He believes we need to invest in young foreign talent which we can mold and try and expand the ethos of Manchester. He also gave a fascinating insight into lower league revenue streams and ways that City can incorporate the local clubs into our youth structure.

your plan intreagues me. But do the benefits justify the costs? We are not likely to aquire much talent from these teams and we already have a reasonable amount of clubs within our feeder club structure of which we can use to progress the development of our academy recruits.

To solve both of the 'investing in young, foreign talent' and the aquisition of the local teams services i believe we should create a network between clubs in the iberian penninsula.

We are already creating a reputable difference in the city with hyde fc and the family style academy mentality

I eagerly await what Sumary will reply with, with his level of intellect I'm sure he will be able to dissect every point you have made and dismiss your idea out of hand. I imagine he is putting his theories down right now ahead of another thought provoking post tomorrow.

On a personal perspective having more of an influence over the likes of Oldham, Macclesfield and Altrincham etc will give the younger players the experience that reserve football doesn't provide, to integrate the most promising youth players into a well organised and structured club the benefits would be immense. Say Oldham had a closer link with City and Roman Angel, Wabara, Guidetti and Nimley playing regulaly in an intense atmosphere would help us. I imagine if a link was provided a fair percentage of City fans would see Oldham on Saturday at 3pm whenever we weren't playing.

So this would be win win for all provided.
