I think you are referring to the auto play advert, that I don't see because I use an iPad that by default blocks crappy flash "features".

I do though agree iit is an abomination on a flash supporting browser, and myself would prefer a subscription model.

We always have rag adverts on the video player - I'm sure nothing can be done by the mods but I'm definitely gonna consider getting adblock for this very reason.
