Why we haven't bought anyone yet

I find it frustrating that yet again we seem to be unable to conclude our transfer business before the pre-season tour/preparations begin.

it is a little bit frustrating mate but without kaldhoons interview in all honesty I wouldn't be too bothered just yet. when you see the chairman so bullish bordering arrogant saying we would move quickly for world class then it does raise expectations to a huge level.

Thing is mate, he said pretty much the same things in the last few transfer windows and look what happened.

And this window will end up being just like the rest A DISASTER!.
You mean like when we bought
  1. zabaletta, and Kompany, to start the dynasty
  2. Tevez and a supporting cast, to push us into the limelight
  3. Silva and Yaya, to win the FA Cup
  4. Aguerro and Nasri and won the league
  5. Navas, the Beast, Ferdinandinho and MdM and won it again
You're right we're completely shit at this

I't's not so much what we're doing, as how it fits in the wider context, when compared with the other top teams.

Chelsea have bought an injury prone forward, as cover for Costa, but otherwise, apart from Arsenal signing a decent goalkeeper, nobody has made a really stellar signing.

The time to really worry is if Bale, De Bruyne, and Pogba, suddenly roll up at other English clubs
