It's in the pit of your stomach, felt it since a kid.
Everytime.
All those early memories, at the match watching your dad grow old before your very eyes.
Many will still be here, brothers, uncles, sisters - others may not.
They feel it, they felt it.
You feel it now.
It's what reminds you of why you became a City fan.
Because when all is said and done, it makes you feel alive, a common purpose.
It's in your blood, that combination of fear and excitement.
Enjoy it, embrace it.
Because in the years to come, there are very few feelings which will always be constant.
When you give your all tomorrow, you do it not just for those lads out on the pitch.
You do it, because you are you.
You are cheering for all those people who once felt the same, generations of City fans who always dreamed our days would again come.
Whatever the result, those days are closer than they have been for far too long.
That feeling in your stomach, a link to the past, whatever it may be.
Content yourself, the majority of THEM will never feel it.
We will always have it, it's what will always make us better than them!
Leave nothing behind tomorrow - on the pitch - or off it.
