Why wont AJ cross to the ball?

Face Palm.

No, AJ is left footed.

Go back a page or two, a simple misunderstanding. Shoot me, I'm bloody human ;)

you're perfectly happy to point the gun at Carlos cos he doesn't pass to Dzeko once or twice in a game...

And Cleavers(I think?), I think we can all gather that AJ doesn't have the Beckham mentality and won't stay behind at training and sort his weaknesses out, he'll continue to try to be an average version of Messi.

For someone who doesn't like the right side of midfield, he has played all his career there.

I thought he played on the left for Middlesbrough?

I'll "point the gun" at anyone who consistently refuses to use the resources given to them for the sake of the team.

Today Tevez, in six months maybe Dzeko, though he's one of the most unselfish strikers I have seen, which is also why Grafite and him were able to beat a 30 year old Bundesliga record. You are simply refusing to see the obvious as the picture is not as nice as you'd like it to be, but you're entitled to it. I'm entitled to disagreeing with you and I'm using that right.

Btw, Johnson (along with Milner and Bale) was one of my "top three revelations" last season.

This season, I simply cannot recognise him and I keep wondering whether it's the same player (just like Milner), but in all fairness he seems to have been getting fewer minutes on the pitch...

Now, whether getting less of the game is a potential cause or the actual effect of how he's been playing (and training) this year, I have no idea.

He needs to knuckle down and let Mancini work him into something good. The best players always had brilliant managers managing them. I've not been impressed by AJ for a while but i think the fact his best mate commited suicide and whatnot hasn't helped, i think he's definitely a talent but he needs to knuckle down.

Can still recall the West Ham game Mancini going mad at at him to get forward when Silva had possession in the middle, he did and 10 seconds later he put the ball in the back of the net. See our last goal against West Ham away. He needs to listen to Mancini and when he gets the chance impress him.

to be honest i thought we looked most like scoring when he came on and was running at the full back going into the area, to me it looked like their full back didnt know which way he was going to go and he looked dangerous

this exactly, i do think we have a better player at getting himself into the box and that is a useful talent, we looked flat for most of the game without him

I was one of his biggest critics earlier in the season but he is gradually improving, still disappears sometimes when he starts games but he's got better.
