At those prices (which are dearer than the semi) I honestly cannot see them selling out. They took 22 k in the semi with the same selling criteria at cheaper prices.
I think we may be allocated there unsold tickets
Maybe some were gambling that they would beat Millwall and saving money for the final? Surely they will sell more for a final against City than a semi-final against Millwall??? I think they'll sell out the full 25,000

Would be interesting to know if they have a big Rugby League game that weekend, i think they did for the semi, would make a difference

Challenge cup draw this week to see who they play that weekend.

even if lets say 1000 decide to go to rugby instead of football that's 1000 tickets they still have to shift.

Morning all, first post on the Bluemoon forum...

We were allocated 25k for the last final, but an extra allocation of about 1500 was later released.

Looking at prices quoted, they are exactly the same as 2011. I had a 65 quid ticket and was up in the 3rd tier above the corner flag!

Out of interest, where are the top grade tickets for? I had a 50 quid one last weekend as was right behind the goal, where were the 60 quid ones?

Just looking over other discussions, is that figure true that we have 17k signed up to the Cup scheme? - I guess like the semi final, they will have priority then gold and plat members not on it will be next in line?

Wigan should get just the 21k they sold for the semi - end of!

I get the impression that Latics will shift their allocation no problem. There were alot not taking family to the Semi due to the cost of a potential two visits whereas they will now go to the final. A final that they may never get to again.

If they get a big draw it will be on the telly. And they'll put pressure on the BBC to make show its shown on the Sunday.

They were away on Sunday, took about 2,000 fans. Wouldnt have had any impact on the semi final attendance.

40,000 non fan seats in a cup final

WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK

I'm not defending it, but the vast majority of those tickets will find their way into fans' hands. The FA's tickets are still allocated to a club and are in that club's "end". I heard Club WEmbley was 18,000 and I'd say most of those will end up being City too.

It used to be over 80,000 non fans back in the 1960s.

All the County FA minor functionaries and bureaucrats.

Now there will be loads from the sponsors.

I suspect that there will be more chance of City getting extra tickets from returned corporate seats than unsold seats in the Wigan allocation.
