Not saying your wrong, just reckon you may have got one of the dosy ones from the ticketline. Its happened before and will happen again, if you ring back and get someone else you would probbaly get one. Not doubting you mate, just doubt the info which you have been given.

Got mine today at 12:48pm, asked how they were selling and the guy said summat about expecting to be given further allocation, cant really see this tho as surely 4500 is one end of their ground??? also a little off topic how is it i find whenever i call our box office they are always well helpful and actually a good laugh??? have i got a diff number than everyone else?

I think the full end is 5k, they just haven't given us the first few rows or something. Hope it's not sold out, I'm going down tomorrow morning!

Edit: Football Ground Guide says that 5400 is the capacity of the away end, dunno how true that is but I'm sure we'd get extra tickets if we asked for them.

Wigan is sold out! Gutted. Just got back from holiday and first thing I did was ring for tickets.

Got mine from the TO at about 1-30pm today, definitely not sold out then. The ticketline agency are given blocks of tickets to sell over the phone, they'd maybe sold out of their blocks and hadn't received new stock when you rang.

It was me that wrote last night saying I'd been told they had stacks of tickets left. Sorry if this was misleading but that is what they told me. In fact the girl laughed when I aksed if they had many left.

I'm not doubting what anyone else has been told but I'd be very surprised if they really have sold out. I think it's like people have suggested that the Ticketline have sold their latest batch. So some girl in the call centre, who won't know they have more on the way, will say they've sold out.

Best thing you can do if they ever tell you that is ring back and go through to Customer Services and ask them. Don't let them transfer you through to the Ticketline, but ask them if they have tickets.

i ring the number off the website, option 8, takes a while to come up, it puts you thru to eileen and then i just ask for gary. sometimes you have to wait on hold
