Why not go for this guy, strong as an ox, pacy and scored 16 goals in 18 matches so far this season, Toons are bidding 12 mill for him.

People said the same about Benteke, today we are linked with him, they don´t have to cost 40-50 mill to be good, look at Zaba and Kompany.

I can see your point, just seems like a reactionary thread.
 
If we're going to sign a striker it will be Cavani or Falcao there is no point in signing these unproven strikers when we already have one in Guidetti.

are you basing this off FIFA or something? he's the largest (literally) **** in football. he's about as lazy as Adebayor and is a liability even in the russian league. every time I saw him play for Anji he kept giving away possesion and never even bothered to run after a loose ball. sure, he's a danger from set pieces but for that we may aswell go for Crouch.

anyway, City doesn't need ANOTHER striker, we have 5 at the club already.
 
Jason Beckford the second or David Nugent the invincible. Remember when those two were going to take the Premier League by storm. He'll be fucking shit facing decent teams!

No. But admittedly I have only seen him play a handful times, each of which he was impressive. Wenger was interested, so we may see how he fares in the PL in the not so distant future.

Bony is a very similar story.

He has great potential but lazy as ****.
