Will Bayern be honourable/professional?

Not an agenda thing, more of a team selection already through kind of thing. I know the likelihood of us meeting again would be a semi-final/final. Judging by Pep's comments before the game he thinks we're one of a few teams in a position to win it, so thats where this question comes in to play.

I'd like to think they'll be professional, pick a strong side and smash it, but we personally have seen them switch off in games they've already qualified in, in the past few seasons.

So are we bothered by this? Or do we expect a strong Munich side to sweep them aside?

Plus if they were obviously letting CSKA have the match you can expect them to be sanctioned.

Guardiola is the type of man to want to win every game, but his record suggest otherwise once his teams have won something. He will rest players like he did today, but the team should be more than strong enough for a win. No way can I see him Bayern accepting losing at home. Shaqiri, Pizarro, Rode and Hojbjerg should all start. However, so should a couple of Muller/Gotze/Lewandowski/Robben. Ribery unless he picks up form will start and Schweinsteiger should probably start.

Another thing that works in your favour is that a draw is really not good enough for Moscow. The only benefit a draw has for them is that it will take them into the Europa League if City win. City lose and they will make the Europa anyway. A draw and they go out unless they manage to beat Bayern.

If Mourinho were Bayern's coach I would be concerned with the Bayern v CSKA match. Fortunately, I think Guardiola is on a different moral plane.

before tonight they were on course for 18 points, I think now if they were to finish with anything less than 15 it would be a disappointment for them so they will want to win and prove they are the team to be feared.

It was more of a team selection question. I have no doubt if a team resembling you strongest 11 (5 or 6 starters) then you will see them off, more of a question will he rest Robben, Lewandowski etc...
We seen tonight he rested a couple and I know Bayern were still phenomenal.

I mentioned this in another thread but someone made a good point that Bayern would probably be more in favour of us playing a group winner in the next round than CSKA as we would be more likely to eliminate one of their greater rivals, though I still think they must be sick of the sight of us. I honestly can't believe they would throw a game in front of their loyal home support.
