Will I lose my tooth?!

Got mugged last night and got twatted in the face and got sparked out.

Woke up in the MRI and have a nice fat lip and sore head as a result. However, my front tooth is aching. It's not loose, but very sore.

Will I lose it, or is it just an ache that will go away after a few days? Any tips on how I can make sure it doesn't fall out?

Scall I'm not sure how you can lose your tooth? If you are walking down the road and your wallet slips out of your pocket without you knowing, fair do's, you've lost it, but you are always going to know where your tooth is......it just might not be in your mouth thats all.

I would personal use dissolved aspirin in water and rinse mouth out ,this will work for the pain and if can get some glove oil and put drop on your finger or cotton wool bud this should placed on gum of your front tooth that is sore ,but don't think you will lose your tooth,but if soreness and pain doesn't go away make appointment at dentist or go dentist hospital in manchester but you will need to take day off work because will be there all day ,but you get seen too,anyway hope back feet soon blue

A couple of my front teeth are loose after after bangs in the mouth from football/scuffles over the years, don't waggle or keep messing with it and see how it goes.
