Will last night's events have consequences

On the rest of our season?
Clearly it's looking like Tevez is a goner.

But my concern is will this have any big and damaging effects on the rest of the season for us?
Are their rifts in the camp and are the players not fully respecting Mancini?, if this is the case then we are in trouble, if BM looses the dressing room well I don't want to contemplate the consequences.

Could it be that the sheer amount of nationalities, personalities and egos we have is causing these clashes, more discipline needs to be installed by the hierarchy pronto.

I can see Khaldoon coming in and setting a few people straight about the way they should behave at the club.

I certainly hope we don't see any more tantrums after subs, it's small stuff in the scheme of things but it's a good time to draw a line in the sand.

I think thats best for RM to do himself moomba.

He has already said to the press ( unfortunately I might add ) that he will not tolerate that again from Dzeko.

He has already had words with Dzeko.

I am sure Kenny told the gnash Suarez what he expects of him in future after his spat on Saturday.

ABSOLUTELY it will - but in a POSITIVE way, IMO.

For one I think Mancini has had it, and some players will hear it and will be put back in their place.

Dzeko will hear it first - and knowing his personality he will try even harder to make it up to RM and the fans. Once he pays his dues for his stupidity last night watch him come out even stronger.

Same goes to some other players who have started to take their spots for granted.

I think the entire Tevez saga now being finished will just to the other players good. They all knew he was gone since last summer, now they will finally be able to move on as he will probably not come near the team again.

In general - I expect VERY POSITIVE THINGS TO HAPPEN after last night.

What doesnt kill you makes you stronger.

Didnt look to be any rifts in the camp when Balo scored against Everton. He ran straight to Bobby along with a few others to celebrate.
Edin did exactly what suarez did when being subbed (maybe petulant) but I dont want anyone to be happy about being taken off.

The man management of these players was and remains the biggest part of the manager's job.It was always going to be tough and he has shown already he is a very strong minded individual with his treatment of others.

He has to be ,and I am sure will be, fully backed by the owners which should mean we will not see Tevez play for the club again.More importantly will be how the rest of the squad fall in line fully behind Mancini to pull together. I hope, really hope, all the players will think Tevez was 100% out of order.Maybe we will get a feel for that on Saturday at Blackburn.
