Will Michael Johnson be sold?

Feel for the guy personally his career was going so well and he was going from strengh to strengh. But it is this hip injury that keeps re-occuring he's been close to coming back several times but then it flares up again. Iv heard that he is even considering retiring because of it weather that is true or not i dont know.

How can you sell a player that currently has little if any transfer value??? He is hardly the same sort of player as Ireland, De Jong or Kompany. If you watch City fairly closely you'd know he is nothing like any of them and a player of his style is exactly what we are currently missing.

He will be sold.

he is currently in `last chance saloon', and has been advised that he pretty much has to dedicate this summer to his fitness or nothing else. If he doesnt he will have no place in the team or the clubs future..

I just dont think he has the application to dedicate himself... :(

Is Retiring code for "Getting pissed in town" ????

theres no doubt he is a talented player and i one for the future...

yet how far will he develop if he spends 90% of his career with the physios???

i cant belive were paying this guy to do nothing - get him out.

that was very blunt but there is no room for injury prone players at city and that includes RSC

I've heard he's been copying Richard Dunne when he was Johnson's age. Problem is Michael isn't 22 stone and can't handle it as well!
