Mascherano of Liverpool has just clouted a Leeds player on the back of the head.
The Ref didn't spot it but according to the FA Rules I've just found he will get away with it because:-

Liverpool are a member of the Top 4
Punishments only are allowed for Man City players
The Refs have to be loyal to Liverpool, United, Chelsea & Arsenal AT ALL TIMES
No negative press can or will be permitted to be written
Forget it ever happened & turn a blind eye at all times
