I have a question for you, in all the time you have watched football how many player revolts have you seen or heard of because a manager was replaced?
There has been players who have questioned clubs for sacking managers. Do you know if its true if Bellamy wants out? In a recent interview he said it would be a great honour and it would mean a lot to him if he helped to "put us on the map" so it seems strange for him to say this straight after the sacking.
I really think that Hughes is someone that a number of players at the club liked and respected, I seem to recall Chelsea having the same kind of issues as soon as Jose left, but at the end of the day Bellamy knows that at 30 we are his last best chance to win something before he has to hang up his boots.

I feel sure there will be no revolt and the players to a man will support the new manager. That's what good professionals do.

If Bellers gets left out next Saturday that would be a strange start wouldnt it?

Shows their loyalty wasnt the same side about Terry & Lambard when Scolari got the boot!!

Terrible the way it has been handled but Im sure if we get a few decent results it will soon be put behind us!

I think that was more down to the fact they didn't like Scolari than loyalty to Grant.

thats the key if we get a few decent results, but what happens if results dont go our way? the press clambering for mancini to be sacked..

It'll be Mancinis way or the highway, as it was with Hughes. I would like to see the players show some professionalism, they might not like the decision, but in the end of the day, it wasnt Hughes that put 100k+ in your bank every week now was it?

Revolt, my arse.

The chairman pays the wages, not Hughes.

Don't bite the hand that feeds you.
