Will voting no in the referendum harm us

No it won't. I don't see any link between the referendum and random UEFA draws, sporting bodies are separate to political bodies which is why Turkish teams play in European competition even though they aren't in the EU. It may make it harder to sign European players though as clubs might have to apply for work permits like non-European players do, however as with most things to do with the referendum nobody seems to know what will happen if we leave in regards to the way the law would change.
When did that happen?

I don't know the answer, but what do they do now in Switzerland, Turkey and Norway when it comes to the above?
I don't know, but I imagine the rules for EU players coming to England would need to be the same as for other foreign players coming here. I think that any foreign players from outside the EU need to have played at international level.

Ye Gods. I'm setting up a stall outside the Etihad next season. Selling tin foil hats. Should make a bloody fortune.

I didn't know 'No' was an option, I thought it was in or out, stay or leave.

Unless it's worded 'do you want to leave the EU?' ?

Not at all.
Turkish clubs, Norwegian clubs, Swiss clubs, even Russian clubs continue to play in UEFA competitions in the same manner and purpose as their counterparts in EU member states do..

Apparantly if we vote to leave there will be

so City and CL will be the least of our concerns

World War 3 will happen if we vote leave so City being negatively effected is the least of our wories.

Leaving the EU does not mean leaving Europe unless the British Isles floats out into the Atlantic!

It would mean that players from the EU would need work permits for playing in the UK I assume, just as non-EU players do. It's would probably make signing younger or uncapped European players a bit more difficult.

Let's be honest here. The UK government want us to remain, the EU wants us to remain. Regardless of any vote, what do you think the result will be? I don't trust any of them to be honest, I suspect plenty of underhanded shinanegans, to be going on to keep us in.

Very much this and bearing in mind how difficult it is to get work permits for non-eu players already (unless they're good enough for united of course).

I could see brexit damage premier league standards. There will be the usual FA tub-thumping about making English football better with less foreign player but I genuinely believe the standard of football will be negatively affected.

Do forgien players have to be your top earners? Im sure back in the day oversea's players had to be top of the wage band to justify you signing them

If we exit the EU the economy will suffer, and the pound will fall heavily in value. Players we are looking to purchase from abroad will suddenly be much more expensive. So yes we will suffer but so will the rest of the Premier League.

English teams will finding it a little bit harder to sign EU players, but the best ones will get permits. It will stop youth players form joining and progressing from EU countries, with Iheanacho taking 7 months to get a work permit after he joined so players just wouldn't get one at all.
