My heart and my head says yes we can. Bloody hell, we have Silva, tevez, balo and Dzeko. Theres plenty of firepower in this team.

Its imperative we go in at half time with two goals. well then have the crowd behind us and that make a huge difference to get that third vital goal. Midfield will have to work extremely hard. We need to supply the forwards with enough chances but at the same time protect the defence from that away goal.

the vital part is that we do not concede - that way two goals will do it (to tie it & maybe go through on ET/penalties) rather than having to score four goals.

I don't think the 'third' goal is such a big deal as stopping them from scoring, which if they do the 3rd goal makes utterly no difference.

Can you imagine if were 3-0 up at half time ?. What do we do second half ? and more importantly will the St Johns paramedics get to me in time after I suffer a heart attack ?
