I'm skeptical about the Jan transfer window, the people who are available arnt at that premium level and they join part way through the season and dont benefit from a preseason..

With Gundogan out long term and now Fern out for the next 4weeks, and both Maffeo and Angelino out on loan.....I would hope Pep/Txiki are atleast considering a CM and fullback during the Jan transfer window!

Trust the process and don't panic now. We were always gambling with this season when we decided to roll with the aging roster and bought an injured midfielder, and WC talent. Hold out and get EXACTLY who we want in the summer. No iffy stop-gap players, such as Nzonzi, etc.

Times passing, the window is now officially open, we've needed full backs desperately (loaned out our best two kids as well) for months. Surely 'the powers' can see that.
I was hoping for announcements as Big Ben struck. If we don't make moves or even if we wait til later in the month the prestige/league position for us could be a disaster by May. Bollocks to all the there's no value in the window stuff, there'll be no fucking value playing Thursday night for the suits that's for sure.
I think the aim with Maffeo and Angelino was to get them some good game time for 6 months before they become the backups next season
